Hi everyone. I’m David. I’m a yoga teacher, writer, artist, and dad. I began practicing yoga in 2000 and I’ve been practicing daily since 2008. In 2014, I completed a 200-hr training with the esteemed Bob Smith at the Hatha Yoga Center in Seattle, and in 2020 I completed a 500-hr training with the renowned Jim Bennitt and venerable James Tennant through Tejas Yoga in Chicago. I teach a variety of styles from vigorous vinyasa to functional movement to gentle classes for seniors to restorative classes with a strong meditative emphasis, so check the schedule on your right to see the full descriptions. In addition to the physical aspects of the practice, all of my classes involve forms of breathwork, concentration, and awareness practices to help you explore the subtler aspects of your being and leave you feeling energized, centered, and ready to engage with whatever life throws at you.
